The Pure Stone collection thrives on contrast. Smooth, polished surfaces make the stone shine, while textured areas reveal the raw power of the material.
Together they create a captivating interplay of precision and originality.
The origin – Stone from the island of Brač
The stone used for all Pure Stone products is quarried exclusively on the Croatian island of Brač, as it is found only there. It is among the most prestigious natural stones in the world and enjoys a high reputation. For centuries, the island has been known for its exceptional stone and stonemasonry tradition.
Not only the Romans used the stone for their buildings, it can also be found in famous buildings today, including the White House in Washington DC and the Reichstag building in Berlin.
The design – precision in detail
The processing of the stone is in the hands of a family business on Brač, which has been working with this special material for generations.
The blanks for our Vesna bowl and our Vedran wine cooler are hollowed out from whole blocks of stone before the finishing is done by hand.
Gradually, the cylindrical shape transforms into a finely balanced bowl.
